i made a complaint to Vikas services about my non working condition of Dish washer on April 1 st 2008.A technician came and atteded the machine but he could not repair for want of spare. He said that he wanted to take the defective part to the company as a sample in order to get the ditto product from IFB Goa. After long persual he came one day and could not set right the machine because of mismatching of spare got from the factory. As on date one and three quarter months elapsed but the net result being negative. I request you to into this matter and get me back the machine in good working condition at the earliest possible time.
