NON ATTENDING COMPLAINT AFTER SEVERAL REMINDERS & PAYING AMC

Model: IFB Neptune Dish Washer

Atfer paying the AMC we have lodged several complaints against non working of Dishwasher vide Com. No.5217601 & ID.No. 5041572 also complaint with service contractor but nobody has turned till date after making several calls & reminders to customer care. The company has cheated us and taking AMC .

We are very regrated to inform you that we are highly dissatisfifed with IFB's after sales service.
