Dear Sir / Madam

I Shyam Singh (Consumer No. 611584) had booked my gas on 08.09.2010 (booking no. 299956)(earlier refilling i got on 08.08.2010) and earlier i have tried to book my gas gut the the booking agency denied to book cause they told me gas will book after one month, i requested her i can book my gas after 21 days but she denied to book, they will book after one month then she book my gas on 08.09. after that i request her to deliver my gas after 3 days but she denied the told me after getting the slip they will deliver the gas but which day after booking they can not tell us.

i make a call on 13.09.2010 she replied we have no slip.

on 14.09.2010 she again told me she have no slip.

on 15.09.2010 she replied again there is no slip

on 16.09.2010 she again replied they have no slip against the consumer no. booked

Today 17.09. she again replied she have no slip, wait till the slip is prepared.

Sir, as per booking rule i can book my gas after 21 days and after booking cylinder should be deliver within 3 days.

but the lady told me we can book after one month (not 21 days) if book then can not dilver till the slip is parepared, i dont when the slip will prepare. after booking today 10 days shed replied they have not slip and not in postion to tell when the slip will prepare.

Sir my requst kindly look in to the matter and she behave rudly.
