After Connection I never receive meter bill

Dear Sir, I am an subscriber of DJB .My self Kashi Nath Singh Address 31 A/1, D-Block, khasra no-305/254, Gali no-3, Mukanadpur Part-I, Delhi-42

After Meter Connection From 7/5/10 to till date I never recieve any bill from DJB.Plese go through this Matter and Rectify this problem.
