I am an employee of D-Link India Limited, office situated at Amravati Path, Prime Apartment, Chrostian Basti, Guwahati-781005.
Our office has a broadbrand connection through BSNL Landline 0361-2341350, our bill monthly comes an avg. of Rs. 3000/- - Rs.4000/-.
Of late it has been observed that the bill per month has gone up enormously high to the tune of Rs.26000/- and Rs.2-.
We have put a written complaint to BSNL and met in this regard Mr. Nishakar Roy, DGM (NS), of Panbazar Guwahati and subsequently he has directed us to meet Mr. Biswajit Paul JTO at Panbazar Guwahati. But till date the details are not yet been provided for identification as to who have used our broadband. Nobody is capable at BSNL to provide the details of miscreants to save myself from this mess. This is not to blame the BSNL people but I also work in a organisation and without the details I cannot justify.
I am in a bad state in front of my organisation where I am unable to justify these expenses.
