Not yet recived either coupons nor copy of dna

Hi,

I have also subscribed for DNA on 16/9 . I havent received any coupons nor a copy of DNA so far.

What i felt is, atleast for the courtesy DNA Management should have verified through call or sms weather customers have recived their coupons or not. i hope this blog will help me out...
