Not getting pape

I taken one year DNA paper subscription which started recently in bangalore. i paid the money and i taken the monly reciepts also. DNA paper started on december in bangalore, but still now i didnt got the paper. I enquired for the contact number to talk with them, I called so many numbers to get my paper. But in vain. I lost two months of subscription. Take action on this issue. Thanks
