This is to get to your notice that I Ms. Beatriz D'souza has subscribed for the Dna news paper for this year and has issued a check payment for the same of rupees 450 but my agent Mr. Bipen at Mahim refuses to give the paper saying that the DNA office has not given the coupon with the number to him. But I had got a call from DNA office from Mr. Bupesh Thakur saying that I will get the paper from thursday that was last thursday and now one week has past. He gave me a coupon number which is as follow 1189150. My main complain is that Mr. Bupesh Thakur is not attending our phone call and some times keeps his mobile switched off mode. Please do help me.
