SUB. BILL NO. 99025621 DT. 27.07.2009 & BILL NO. 2763994 DT. 04.08.2009 AND

DISCONNECTION OF PHONE INSPITE OF BSNL DEFAULT.

I am enclosing a copy of letter dt. 27.08.2009 addressed to The Commercial Officer (west), BSNL, Benajhabar, Kanpur contents of which are self explanatory.

Instead of solving my problem you have disconnected outgoing facility in July’2009 and incoming facility in August’2009.

I am a practicing Doctor and disconnection of phone has caused great inconvenience to me and my patients. My assistant visited to your office several time but there is no positive response from you.

In the above situation I had no option except to take appropriated legal action against BSNL for which notice is being sent by my advocate.

I request you to please settle the matter or permanently disconnect the number and pay my security amount.

I reserve the right to claim damages from you for poor service and huge inconvenience caused to a Medical Professional due to disconnection of phone.
