I have applied for pan card in 2000 through income tax office una which i have never received then i have again applied in 2003 through uti and i got pan number awrps 9544a. but once i have visited income tax office shimla for refund enquiry i came to know that my pan number is in records though iam filling awrps9544a.i have filed complaint at shimla but till date nothing happened. so kindly issue me pan card no abbpl 5319b in duplicate or erase it from my records and put awrps 9544a in that place which i have been carried or guide mewhat i will do
