Vicious dog in the premises

Please address my problem,

There is a Dog (Black and Brown Color) in my premises at Gracious, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 93.This dog has a history of attacking peole and bitting them. He also charges on peoples bodies. I have developed a sense of fright to enter my own premises. The dog cannot be contrlloed by anyone. Please would be grateful if you could help.
