Dolphin
They less 30.00 Rs. Every Month

I have a dolphin No. 9968252839 since many years and this company less Rs. 30.00 every month for some radio active service. Which i never use this service and they are always less these Rs. 30.00 from my prepaid. Whenever i complaint in customer care they were saying next month onward this service will be stop. And next month they do the same. So, please help me how i come out from this thing.
