Over billing

Sir,

I have complained many times before that i am receiving over-billing of my two mobile numbers

I.e 9868212691, 9968290491 contineously. Inspite of my complaint i am still receiving inflatted bills in the form of outstanding dues. Please look into the matter seriously and solve my problem. Its urgent.
