My friend has booked a courier with Dolphin couriers (Tulani Book Centre) from Samana (Patiala) on 30-12-08 for Pathankot (Ms. Rajni Sharma, H.No. B-IX/263, Mohalla Rampura, Dalhousie Road, Pathankot) vide receipt No. 85893.Till date, courier has not been delivered. I have called so many times to M/S Tulani Book Centre as well as there head office at Patiala & Amritsar but no one has given me satisfactory response. I have also contacted local Courier Co. of Pathankot but is of no use. It seems that they all are forcing me to realise that I have made a big mistake to trust upon there courier Service
