Gas connection not transfe

Dear Sir /Madam

I am your domestic gas customer from Ankleshwar (Gujrat)

As per rule applied for gas connection transfer to Maharastra due my inter location transfer from ankleshwar to Mumbai (maharastra)

but due to some internet problemm at dealer which changed before last two month who have no any internet service so lot of customers connection transfer is pending from last month

please look this matter serious and help to dealer for broad band connection which will service will became fast
