Because of some family wedding I was not at home from 10.12.2008 to 12.12.2008 (2.00 pm)
Because of uncertain delivery date and time, I could not presume the delivery date.
on enquirey on 14 and 15.12.2008 I was informed that the delivery could not be made becasuse my flat was not open on 11.12.2008. and my booking has been canceled and I have to book for the gas again which I had to do so on 16.12.2008.
My present gas cylinder will last for a week at the most consideringthe Winter Season. I was given to understand that supply against the fresh booking will take around 20-25 days.
How shall I carry on.
Please aslo confirm whether the position taken by your dealer (Quick Gas, Uttarpara, Bhadrakali) is correct and appropriate.
I also requested him to diliver the cylinder to me at his godown so that I shall carry the same at my cost. But he declined.
Can I request you to intervan in the matter so that I do not have to suffer for want of LPG
