As we were out of station for five (5) long months, hence could not pay the Electricity Bill.
Since our return three days back by son had a hectic interaction between different authorised
persons of Howrah Regional Office and finally was able to deposit Rs8, 130.00 at about 1.20P.M. on
13.08.2009. He made several requests to reconnect the concerned authority to reconnect the line
immediately. But till now at 7.51P.M. in the evening the Power Supply has not yet been restored.
We are badly suffering since las three days due to lack of Power.
Kindly do the needful immediately.
