Since a month I have been receiving calls from Kotak Mahindra Loan section for recovery of loan taken by an anonymous person who had absconded. I have no bad history in terms of loans. Your bank officials do call my office number and state I have taken loan and cheated the bank. This loan was taken by someone whom I have hardly met or spoken a couple of times.
The person who has taken the loan (Sneha Vyas) for Rs. 2 lack has moved to bombay and I do not have any contact details of the suspect. Your bank officials still call and spoil my image in my office as well.
I have today filed a case in consumer court council and complaint number is 160083. I do not encourage your bank officials to harass anyone like this. I have somehow taken the contact details of the prime accused in this case but I will reveal it only after the manager in charge from recovery department sends an apology email to my company.
I have somehow collected all details of Sneha Vyas, her mobile number, her address, company where she is working. But I want the manager to apologize for mentally disturbing me.
It is not my job to collect these details for you, at the time of issuing loan your bank has to take all her permanent address details verify the same and then issue the check. You or your bank cannot harass someone else, for not paying the loan.
