I have sent an EMO to my brother vide PNR no. 029371090706000185 from counter no. 2 of I.P. Estate Post Office of New Delhi on dt 06/07/09. I believe EMO is a prompt service of Indian Post Office, but the EMO could not be delievered to payee till date. May I request the concerned postal authority to look into the matter and make EMO service a reliable and prompt service in the interest of nation.
