Non payment of eMO

I sent Rs.4000/- from KASARAGOD PO (PIN:671121) to TRIVANDRUM PO (PIN:695011) on 28-05. The web portal provided by Indiapost to track the eMO gave the following details: (eMO PNR: 059050100528015733

28/05 10:10:18 Kasaragod Booked

28/05 12:35:29 Central Server Received at Server

28/05 14:27:52 Received at PO

28/05 14:28:36 Printed at Paying Office

I tried to talk the Postmaster concerned (PIN:695011) on 1-06 (1300 hr) and he informed me that the PostOffice did not have any details pertaining to the eMO. I gave the details of the web portal and he told me to call him after some time. When I contacted him again, he gave vague reply and did not tell me when the payment will be made.

I paid 5% of the money sent towards the postal charge and additionally the telephone charges. I clearly lost the benefit of the so called eMO by India Post. Now at least, I would like to know when the amount will be paid to the addressee.
