UNABLE TO SPEAK TO AXIS BANK CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS

Im unable to login to your tollfree number and get details of my credit card for the last two months.(Hard to believe but YES). The recorded msg.does not allow me to talk to your customer care officer at all. Every time it asks for Credit Card No. and T Pin No. As I start to punch the Credit Card No. the msg.says "you have exceeded the number of attempts goodbye". Pls.let me know to which Senior Official I shd.spk.to in this regard. I am also prepared to meet somebody in person. I AM NOT ABLE TO KNOW MY CREDIT LIMIT AND CASH LIMIT IN MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS. WHY THIS SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS ESPECIALLY IN A BANK LIKE AXIS. PLS.MAKE THIS TOLL FREE SERVICE USER FRIENDLY AND NOT A HARD NUT TO CRACK LIKE THE ONE ABOVE
