Call barred vs document sub-mission

Sub: Removal of barring on my newly subscribed Idea SIM [ mobile no. 9090155454, SIM no.89918503020902130530 ]

Sir/Madame

Myself AMBIKA PRASAD PATRA, [ from Bagada, Guhal pur, Digapahandi, Ganjam ] subscribed an Idea SIM card [ bearing mobile no. 9090155454, SIM no.89918503020902130530 ] on 20th july from SUMAN COMMINICATION, COURTPETTE SQUARE, BERHAM PUR, GANJAM and duly submitted all required documents then and there. But, after 7 days of subscription my call barred showing the reason of non-submission of documents.

I had to re-submit all those required documents at 11.00 am, on 3rd August. I was assured of resuming my call barring with in hours. But, it's 2 days passed away, yet not my call barring has not been removed. It's ultimately harassing.

Would your telecom service wanna harass your bonafide customer?

Kindly, let my calls to resume as soon as possible.
