Since paying for virus protection by creditcard on 02/05, $79.99, online. l have had nothing but trouble, originally my Norton Anti virus was great, when asked to renew l didnt hesitate, what a mistake, it constantly tells me, l have no protection! l have been on the Norton Protection Centre site to try and get help, but due to the deletion, of some of my emails, l do not have the product number or code, but, l do have my credit card statement which tells me l have paid.lwould apppreciate your help in this matter, as obviously l havent had protection for 4 months, even though l paid.
