I got on a DTC bus (route no. 398) at AIIMS and got misbehaved by the conductor. He started abusing me in front of everyone, where only one lady had the courage to stand up for me. This is not the first instance of a conductor getting away with such behaviour. Please in form me on whatever action is taken.
