the courier despatched from Dubai - Cochin, reached cochin on 06 dec 07 morning 08 00 hrs.to by b'in law mr. Siraj.
on 07th he went to the DHL office in cochin to take the delivery, they first instance told that the courier dodnot receivied, after many talk they told a doubt that the courier may be hand over to local courir, the local corier agent dont have any info.
The service provided by cochin office is very poor and never matches with your international standard, till time the delivery is not made and not even they called the customer.
Normally when any courier receivied the service agent has to call the customer atleast.this is not the first time iam experiences with these type attitude from your cochin office . the destination is just 11 kms away from your office.
The parcel carries important documents which is required urgently.
