Efund not granted

Still not received the refund. Called on 011-43131313 on 25-01, spoke to Mr Sumit and came to know that a refund cheque has been released, Chq no 071163 of Icici bank. Still refund not received.

Received a call on 18-01 from Ms Arzoo from 011-43131341 at 3.08 pm and was told that she has received my bank account details and refund will be processed by Monday 24-01 and WILL RECEIVE A MAIL CONFIRMING THAT REFUND PROCESS HAS BEEN STARTED .NO CONFIRMATION MAIL RECEIVED.

This is regarding a ticket which i had booked on 9-1 which is being attached below.

As quoted by the website, i was trying to book it from Patna to Bombay.

But right after the payment was successfully completed (through Icici bank Internet banking) a message saying that "" the ticket was not booked due to unavailability of fare. Please contact customer care and complete the booking by quoting reference number ET2426.""

After calling the customer care i came to know that the booking has been done for patna to delhi as against the ticket which is being attached below. After discussing with the customer care executive i was being told that the only option is to get a refund, which will be automatically deposited into the account from which the payment was made, within 48 hours, for which i do not need to take any action.

But today i.e . 10-01, i recieved a call from 011-43131313 informing me that to get the refund process completed, i need to reply to a mail which will be sent to my mail id which was given at the time of booking i.e. [email protected], asking me to disclose my bank account details, and after i send my bank account details, the refund would be made within 3-4 working days, and that too specifically friday -13-01.

I would like to inform that i have not received any mail asking my bank account details and the refund was not provided tooo.

Then on 17-01, I had called up 011-43131313 to inquire about my mail. I was told my Mr Sumit @ 011-43131313 that no mail has been received and I need to reply to a mail which Mr Sumit will send me on 17-01 and if i reply to the mail within day end @ 17-01, which would help in initiating refund process and i would get a refund by 26-01, i.e. wednesday. To my expectation, no mail was recieved.

Please provide me a solution as soon as possible. I want quick refund of the amount which i have paid. I do not want any further delays. I am already been given false commitments by different different executives of your website.

I have been fooled and denied a refund since 9-01.
