Pending Refund

This is regarding the refund of my kingfisher flight booking Goa to Delhi X 2 (24 oct) (PNR # CL61BE#MHZSVE and Booking ref Id -2808127R568PSPM.) which I booked through Easemytrip.com and which was cancelled by Kingfisher Airlines. The amount was Rs.11, 340 approx.

Through numerous telephonic conversations and emails with easemytrip.com (unable to reach Kingfisher Airlines (KFA) as their lines are busy or no answer), still it is not clear that which of the two parties is holding the refunded money. Its been almost 5 months from the date of booking & approximately 3 months from the date of cancellation & still no clear information is available about the refund. They have took all my details like Bank Acc name, number, IFSC code etc but refund hasn't been done.

Initially, when I got a call from KFA advising cancellation of flights they advised that funds will be refunded in 7-8 business working days but Easemytrip says they have not received any refund from KFA.

Their so-called "SYSTEM" is so powerful that it takes seconds to debit the amount instantly from the customer, but is so lathergic to respond to refunds. I have been following up since long Easemytrip but haven't got any proper response.
