Harrassment and not meeting Commitment

Dear Sir,

I was traveling to BangaIore railway station on 08/06 . I had booked a cab with Easy Cabs for 08/06 10:15 PM 24 hours in advance. The cab was confirmed with a booking no as 440 . On 8th the cab did not report to my house at 10:15 PM . On calling them I realized that they even didn't send the cab to my house although the booking was confirmed. They said they are going to send me the cab in another 5 - 10 minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes and calling them back I realized the cab didn't start yet for my house and it's going to start in the next 5 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes I realized that they are just playing around. When I spoke with them they misbehaved with me. I almost missed my train because of them failing to meet their commitment.
