Sir i have been running an Easy cash Loan from your bank loan account no 7777 7777 7277 9889 i always used to pay EMI amount of Rs 2743/- it used to be regular i always used to drop it at your drop box, but the problem started when even after dropping the chaque at your drop box you people didnt received it, i guess it was misplaced so someone from your bank called me so i told them to another chaque from my office so they did so and i told them that i wont pay any late payment charge because its not my mistake so they also agreed, but in my next statement it was reflecting they did not reversed.
next month i paid another EMI of Rs 2743/- but i didnt pay the late charge of Rs 650/- then again they charged me with late payment charge and so on it kept going on and on, so i stopped paying only then someone from your bank called and again they agreed to reverse it so i paid them another chaque of two EMI of Rs 5486/- but this thing went on and on now the total balance is Rs13065/-with charges and all but according to me it is two EMIs left which they also agree.
My request to you is that please collect your chaque of Rs 5486/- of your two EMI Pending and close my account.you can also check my track record with your bank i had a previos loan running and i had not never defaulted it was all regular and with this loan also it was all going through smoothly until 12 mths and the last 12 Emis this problem has come because of yjis one mistake.so please take your last two emis and finish my loan thanks. Please look in to the matter.
