Ebay.in has suspended my paisapay account eventhough i had submitted the required documents for thier Know your customer (KYC) documents. I had sent them scanned copies of my passport and driving license issued by the concerned government bodies but they tell me that there are some flaws in those documents and have suspended my paisapay account and are not giving back my 20000/- rupees and are forcing me to submit a ration card as proof of identity which i dont have.
My passport and driving license are valid but they are harrasing me that they are not valid.
I dont know how to get my money. Please help me out...
