Selller not responding for the product sold to me

I purchased WORLD FAMOUS- i9 SCIPHONE JAVA FM MP3 MP4 BT from www.ebay.in via order no.300343431457. The said item is covered under warrenty for 1 year and the product is not working properly, but now neither the seller nor the suppler responding inspite of several reminders.

I am feeling hopeless, please help me.
