This has reference to a electronic product (MP4 player) bought via E bay for gift. The product was defective and I contacted the E bay as well as vendor. As requested by vendor had sent the product for repair through courier. After a week, on followup vendor said the product was couriered back which has not been received even after a year. Vendor did not provide the docket number of courier and stopped responding. And there was no action from E bay.
