EBay/O2 XDA II Pocket PC
Received a different damaged Item witout acessories liested by EBay

Sir,

I Procured an Item (Box Packed O2 XDA II Pocket PC 512 memory card) from EBay India during December. After full payment I received a damaged I-Mate Pocket PC with a charger wich was packed in a Nokia box. I informed and complained EBay for the same.

The communication process with EBay's customer care continued for 6 months and I was confirmed to get justice within 7-10 days. Ant till date those 10 days never came.

Sir, kindly sugest can you do anything for me? Can I expect justice by any way?
