Error after payment

Dear Sir,

I was booking just two 4 minuter the e-tickets for karong thanghao kom and marie rose from sealdah to new jaipulaguri Train No. Darjeleling mail

But after transaction of money from SBI Bank, an error came and the page expire

So I couldn't continue.

But I entered all atm card no and pin

Till now I didn't get ticket PNR no.

So pls help me to get the tickets.
