We have sent one important document through your courier from Pathanamthitta to Trivandrum (Pattom Branch0 vide your Docket No. T365432146 dated 17.11.09. While contacting at your Trivandrum main office they have informed that they have received the document on 18.11.09 but not yet delivered. As you are aware we are sending all our documents and parcels through your corier only from the last 3 years especially from our Head office at Cochin. Kindly let us know the present status by return since the documents are very badly needed.
