CONFIRM TICKET WAS CANCELLED BY YOUR STAFF

Respected Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I, Mr Dinesh V.Kotian (Blue Skyward Member no: EK192832091), am very disappointed by the service provided by your company. I had confirmed my ticket & seats for 09/01/08 on 07/01/08 from Mumbai-Dubai-Accra with your office in Nariman Point, Mumbai, India Ticket reference no: FK58QW, .Where my ticket was confirmed. I tired checking in on the 09/01/08 where I was asked to wait until 3am and then was informed that my ticket is not confirmed. I was told by the staff that my agent in Ghana has cancelled the ticket. After enquiring I have found out that it was in Mumbai that my ticket was cancelled by the staff at the airport.

I am disappointed by the treatment given and have gone through a lot of mental and physical stress. Being a Skyward Blue card holder for the Emirates was not expecting this treatment, I had to upgrade my ticket to Business Class from Dubai to Accra for which I had to borrow Mileage from my friend. I would be taking this further if immediate action is not taken and I am also expecting Compensation for the mental stress I have gone through.
