Non receipt of voters id card

Dear Sir,

I had attended the photo session for getting a Voter's id card, 2-3 years back, the card was not issued to me then.

Then i had submitted a form with photo 6 months back again to get a voter's id card and i still do not get it on hand. While i can clearly see my details and photo in the voter's list when i went to vote last election the officials are not handling over the card yet.

Can you please direct me, whom to contact or complaint to get my voter's id card.
