The name in the poll list was not there

This is regarding an irresposible behavior by the 171, Padmanabhanagar Assembly Constituency, Bangalore - 560078.

I Gowrang More born on 12th day of July 1988, son of Kishore More, a resident of Bangalore got a new Voter ID Card on the 22nd day of March bearing the ID Card No. WEC3574647 with address: No.774, 66th Cross, K.S. Layout, Bangalore - 560078. On the day of voting (Phase - I), i cudn't find my name in the voter list in any of the Polls. I want to know that inspite of bearing the voter ID card, and being the citizen of India, what was the reason of exemption of my name from the list?

I want to know the reason as soon as possible and take necessary steps. This is a violation of Human Rights or rather a Citizen Right.
