I'm resident of WZ-20, Mukherjee Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018, i submit application for chnage of address from WZ-43, Street no-10, Krishna Puri, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018 to my new address given above which is changed after marriage.

But now I cannot find my name in both areas nwither in Krishna Puri nor in Mukherjee Park. My earlier voter I.Card no. is KNT0684787 on Krishna Puri address.

Kindly look into the matter
