Voter ID card not received

It is to inform to the concerned person/deptt that my name has been registered at your part register 115 (Matiala constituency). I have been allotted Voter Identity card number WGO 2177921 at serial number 457 of the said register.

So far I have not been handed over the voter ID. You are requested to expedite despatch of the same to me at the earliest.
