Not issue the voter election card

Sir,

I registered my name on-line for making the voter election card in delhi vide the application No. 9111 dated 28/1/09 and submitted the hard copy to the BLO but till date I had neither received the election card nor my name is added in the voter list due to that I Unable to cast the vote for the general election of the lloksabha.
