Dear Sir / Madam

This is to inform you that Mrs Sangeeta Arora resident of A-2 / 12, Ashirwad appartment, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi is involved in electricity theft since last 7 years.By the mean of using tempred electicity meter with involvement of local electrician, meter speed is slowed down by more than 50% of Normal resulting in tremendous loss of revenue to electricity department.

This is to request to look into the matter as soon as possible, so as to curb this theft and help in electicity billing based on actual consumption.
