I have receiving bills mentioning faulty. My meter is not working. I have lodged complaint at Vashi Navi Mumbai, Sector 10,
I am receiving answers that there are 1500 applications lying with us and we are shortage of Meters. But i am fed up as we are only two people husband and wife and both are working. Nobody stays at house between 9am to 8 pm. But due to faulty meter your people are issuing assumption bill i.e. Rs.990/- per month which two times higher than my usage. It is not my fault if MSEB is having shortage of meter. Please explain.
