This is the refrence with a verbal discussion of you electrician on dt 9.4.09 That he told me your meter have sparking continously &any time big disaster is happened that would be very dangerous situation for my building, according to the statement of your electricion i lodge a written compaint on dt 10.4.09 but still no action is taken any mishappening is held in my building then only electric department is responsible
