I have purchesed a Electrlux microven (17 liters) on Dec-07 but the motor which rotates the table top is not functionaning now.. I lodged the complain to the call center on 19th Sep-08. But it is almost 2 months the case is pending with them. The service center persons are telling me the part is not available now. They need 2 days, 3 days, 1 week..Whenver i am calling they are throwing the same words.. I am toatally frustated with this. I dont know how long I have to wait. or what to do now? Or if I need a replacement of the product then whom to contact?? Please help..
