Electrolux 1.5 Ton Window AC
Not Cooling

Dear Sir,

I purchased AC on 19th Sept. 2007 and within one week i lodged complaint for non cooling, It was replaced on 10th Oct. 2007. This year also it is not working properly and complaint was lodged and complaint no. is 5A0220809100036.

Kindly look in to the matter.
