Dear Sir,

We had purchased 1.5 ton, 3 nos. Air Conditioner from your dealer M/S Rhythm, AE Market, Saltlake, KOlkata - 700064 in the year June.

One of the AC's went out of order within the warranty period and on sending the complaint it was taken back by you and repaired and returned to us in the month of June.

Last few days, say from 8th July it went out of order and we had to lodge a complaint.

On 12th July at 1.45 pm, your mechanic named "Akhilesh" reported to our address and repaired and claimed Rs 143/- as charges.

We fail to understand as to why we should pay the charges when this was taken by your staff earlier in JUne and repaired so that, we can get trouble free service. Do you mean to say that intermittently there will be problem in the AC and we have to pay charges for that.

As you are aware that, AC machienes are handled like fans i.e. switched on or switched off. So within 13 months how these machienes go out of order frequently.

Further, please ensure to give us a copy of your work order to maintain the records at our end.

If you need charges to pay please send us your bill and we will arrange for payment.
