I have registered a complaint regarding Electrolx washing machine on 1st december. The complaint number is 9A0020812010072. It is still not attended. I had to call the service centre and the reply that I was given that someone had called the number on 2nd December (at 1.30pm) but there was no reply. While booking the complaint itself, I had specially requested that any contact that has to be done had to be after 5pm. The person at the service centre was also rude. I have called the call centre more than 7 times. Every time I am promised fast action. God knows what speed they are targetting.
