PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
i had purchased electrolux refrigerater erl285ff/925024698/50301961 on21/04/05. the machine since than is constantly giving troubles. Earlier they told timer was not working properly and needed replacement. then after a month compressor needed replacement. Now again after a month compressor needs replacement. Machine needs repair every 1-2 month. I end up paying them for visiting and then replacement. ~Two thousand each time (Though machine is under warranty) service centers of electrolux are unable to sort the matter . kindly help me in getting replacement as company failed to provide quality service/product
