We have purchased 8 (EIGHT NOS) AC S through the dealer (the dealer has been introduced in the exhibition conducted at NIZAM GROUNDS MS DECCAN REFRIGERATION, Baghlingampally, Hyderabad.44, in the month of October, 08.
TWO AC S stopped working and we have given a complaint at ur Himayatnagar office on 13th april customer service centre and to the dealer.
The co. representative attended the AC S and informed that there are leakages through valves and there are unidentified holes in the valves fitted as they are purely co. manufacturing problem. In front of us only the representative telephoned and informed the co. EXECUTIVE OFFICER Mr. PANDE and the dealer. then the whole trouble started. the dealer is irresponsible in answering and informed us to go to CONSUMER COURT FOR THE DEFECTS IN THE MANUFACTURING AND THE DEALERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.THE SAME THING HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF mr. PANDE WHO IS LOOKING AFTER THESE MATTERS. HE HAS INFORMED THAT WHAT THE DEALER HAS TOLD IS CORRECT AND ASKED US TO GO CONSUMER COURT.
Dear SIR, we have paid our hard earned money to the company and the cos representatives as well as the dealers appointed by the company are playing games with the consumers. this is highly irresponsible on their part, sir u kindly understand our problem in this matter. THE AC S ARE REQUIRED IN THE HOT SEASON UR After sales service is worst and highhandedness. a day will come even for the consumers.we will get the best judgments if we go to consumer court.ur r deceiving the public. the products manufactured by u are not standard. now we are repenting for the purchase.
The agony should be understood properly and should be dealt properly. the system is failed in this case.through ur company: s irresponsible staff and the dealer. and the concerned people should be dealt properly. If the company is not attending the problems in the initial stage what will be the fate in the SIX YEARS WARRANTY PERIOD.
